The appointment with the Honda Italia Motoraduno has arrived again this year, on Saturday, September 7th. An event for gathering among Associates, but also a precious opportunity to strengthen and consolidate the relationship with the territory.
The route, about 100 km long, wound through various coastal and inland municipalities. Starting from the production plant, the participants headed to Fossacesia: at the Parco dei Priori in San Giovanni in Venere, they had a breakfast stop, welcomed by Mayor Enrico Di Giuseppantonio and Sports Councilor Carlo Luciani. After the institutional greetings, which also included the participation of the plant manager Marcello Vinciguerra, the group resumed the journey, descending towards the Lungomare of Fossacesia and then heading towards San Vito Marina, also touching the coastal stretch in the municipality of Rocca San Giovanni.
Leaving the coast, the caravan, composed of over 160 Honda motorcycles of all displacements and types, ventured inland to reach the center of Lanciano and subsequently crossed the municipalities of Castel Frentano, Sant’Eusanio del Sangro, Casoli skirting Lake Sant’Angelo, Gessopalena, Lama dei Peligni until arriving at the Le Sorgenti area, at the foot of the Gole di Fara San Martino, a particular rock formation in the Abruzzo Apennines where the high vertical walls widen and narrow, creating suggestive scenarios.
Waiting for the group and hosting them were Mayor Antonio Tavani and the Marketing Manager of De Cecco, Carlo Aquilano, who greeted the Honda enthusiasts.
Once again, Abruzzo has proven to be rich in extraordinary places and territories to discover.
