Honda Italia was the protagonist in the second appointment of the “DigitalTour”.

The webinar took place on January 20th and was organized by the CreaLavoroGiovani Association, the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Chieti Pescara and the AIDP Abruzzo and Molise Youth Group.

Always engaged in telling its story and its commitment in the local and international production context, Honda Italia has joined this new format with an aim: bringing together an audience, young students and professionals, who represent strategic subjects for the growth of social and productive system.

By stimulating an open and participatory dialogue between the approximately 40 people connected online, we talked about how Honda Italia has built an increasingly strong and important identity in its first 50 years.

Particular attention was paid to values, people and skills, considered fundamental ingredients for present and future success.

Distinctive competitive factors; skills development systems; continuous improvement through Quality Circles; communication as a tool to strengthen business culture; innovation of internal processes during the pandemic; strategies for sustainability were the ingredients of an event that was able to communicate effectively experience and desire to learn, aiming to strengthen the synergy between companies and the territory.

With the hope of opening the doors of the company again to host such stimulating events, Honda Italia is preparing to experience a 2022 full of initiatives for its territory.
